OSU women's basketball: Three things to watch for Saturday's Bedlam game

The Cowgirls enter Bedlam — in Norman — unbeaten on the road. No. 11-ranked Oklahoma State has not won a women's basketball game at Lloyd Noble Center since 1998.

Johnson helps give OSU a quick lineup while letting point guard Tiffany Bias play off the ball at times. It also allows Brittney Martin to shift inside more, where she sometimes has a favorable matchup against smaller or less athletic players.

Here's a sampling of the Cowgirls' shooting performances against TCU:

Liz Donohoe: 0-of-3. Tiffany Bias: 7-of-16. Brittney Martin: 2-of-9. Brittany Atkins: 4-of-12. Kendra Suttles: 2-of-7. LaShawn Jones: 1-of-5.

That has to improve if the Cowgirls want to remain legitimate Big 12 title contenders.

OSU, really, has yet to put a complete game together. Generally, the Cowgirls have been plagued by sluggish starts. But against TCU, they shot 8-of-26 (30.8 percent) after intermission.
