OSU's campus-wide ban on tobacco began July 1

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State became a tobacco-free campus this summer, but football fans won't face penalties for smoking outside Boone Pickens Stadium when the Cowboys play their first home football game on Saturday.

"We're not going to be issuing citations,” said Gary Shutt , OSU's director of communications. "We just hope people will respect this policy and effort to make Oklahoma State a healthier camp...
