OU athletics will aid budget
NORMAN — The University of Oklahoma will operate on a $1.48 billion budget in fiscal year 2010, with a little help from the athletics department.
The OU Athletics Department , which operates apart from the university’s general budget and does not receive state funds, will raise its support of academic programs to $7 million this year.
