OU campus bustles with construction

The University of Oklahoma has completed or planned nearly $1.9 billion worth of capital projects since 1994, and 2010 is no less active in construction.

NORMAN — The hard hat could be an alternative symbol for the University of Oklahoma, given the number and scope of construction projects on the Norman campus in recent years.
