Whitman Publishing recently released the "The University of Oklahoma Football Vault,” as part of its series of 23 football vaults, which includes Big 12 schools Nebraska, Colorado and Texas. Kenny Mossman, senior associate athletic director, provides an interesting journey through more than 100 years of the program's history.

Packed with vintage photos, the book serves as a scrapbook for OU fans. Tucked into sleeves and pockets are reproductions of old game programs, tickets and a variety of memorabilia items, including a 1910 booklet of songs and yells.

The 144-page book includes a foreword by Stoops and an afterword by Barry Switzer. It retails for $49.95. For more information, visit www.collegevaultbooks.com.
