What is the current status of Josh Jarboe after the legal mishap? I know he said he still plans to come to OU, and coach Stoops has not made any comment that I have seen. — Haze, Dallas

If the case is dismissed or is pleaded down to a lesser charge or Jarboe is acquitted, then there's a good chance that he makes it to Norman this fall.

If he is convicted, then it's unlikely.
