The turning point was when the Florida Defensive back took the ball from Iglaias - that was the killer. However, according to the announcers. the OU players should feel honored that they even got to play on the same field with Tim Tubow! Apparently they will all be better people for it - what a bunch of Verbal Vomit from those announcers, and most of the media!!

I love it, a record 26.8 million viewers watched the sooners choke! and its just 8.8 million (or twice the population of Oklahoma) viewers behind the record 35.6 million viewers that watched Texas win the national championship over USC. Do they not have T.V's in Chokelahoma or did the fans not want to clean up the puke watching OU choke in another BCS bowl?

Texas 2 OU 0

It is too bad that the announcers were so terrible. I turned the volume of the TV down and listened to Bob and Merv on the Sooner radio network, via the internet out here in California. Fox needs to get announcers and commentators that know college football. These guys didn't even know the players names on the Sooners. They were calling names of players that had graduated last year. The officiating was terrible and not a word from these guys. On at least two occasions Florida players kicked the ball after the officials spotted it and no call. Obviously they were trying to slow play. Well I am glad that they got good ratings.

Many people are tired of Ohio State and ou continuing to play for big BCS games on TV only to fall flat on their faces AGAIN and AGAIN.

ou has become the Ohio State of the Big 12.

"Big Game Bob" who only "plays for championships" should be now known as "Big Game Loser Bob" who plays for championships, but can't win them.

I suppose it's time for Swooner fans to cough up another big raise for "Big Game Flop Bob".

Congrats Swooners and this kowtowing sports hack department for getting their pride kicked again. All of the gushing ou hyperbole spewing forth from this poor excuse for a newspaper is just dessert for those of us fans that are sick of hearing these ou Sports Information Department toadies basically ignore the other two major universities in the state for the sake of pushing the Swooners on the rest of us.

There is a reason why every OU game is on television. Despite all the cheap shots coming on the heels of this loss, the recruits were watching and the talent will continue to flow into Norman. You can say the same thing for Ohio State.
