Man in motion
→Travis Lewis, LB, OU: Lewis has dominated Big 12 Conference play, averaging a league-best — by far — 12.1 tackles per game in a breakout freshman season. The Cowboys surely have plans of revving up their potent running game. They’ll have to go through Lewis.

→DeMarco Murray (below), RB, OU: He’s returning to form, finally shaking free of the physical and mental baggage from off-season surgery. If recent trend continues, he’ll get healthier today. OU’s rushing average in the last five Bedlam games: 278 yards.

Illegal substitution
OK, Texas fans, we get it. You won the Red River Rivalry. And you want people to remember. (Too bad those Longhorn DBs didn’t remember how to tackle when Michael Crabtree caught that pass.) But don’t go messing with Bedlam.

→"Oklahoma 48, Oklahoma State 24: Having DeMarco Murray back healthy and running with confidence is such a difference-maker for the Sooners. He takes an already potent attack and elevates it to a new level. He also makes the huge OU O-line that much crisper. State has weapons to move the ball, but it won’t be able to keep up in this shootout as OU is out to make a statement here.”
