OU football notebook: Brian Simmons returns to practice
Senior guard Brian Simmons , who has missed the last five games with a knee injury, returned to practice Monday.
Simmons’ status is doubtful for Saturday’s game at Texas Tech . But his teammates noted it was pleasing to see one of their leaders back on the practice field after a long hiatus.
