OU football notebook: DT McFarland down to OU, Texas
Five-star recruit Jamarkus McFarland has eliminated LSU from consideration and will commit to either Oklahoma or Texas.
McFarland, a defensive tackle out of Lufkin , Texas , is the No. 13 overall prospect in the nation according to Rivals.com .
The 6-foot-3, 280-pound McFarland is also ranked No. 18 overall by Scout.com and No. 51 by ESPNU.
