OU football notebook
ESPN drops OU to No. 3 In his revised preseason poll for 2008, Mark Schlabach of ESPN.com has ranked the Sooners No. 3. Before spring drills, Schlabach had OU ranked second just behind Georgia . But in his post-spring rankings, Schlabach moved Ohio State to No. 1, dropping both OU and Georgia one spot.

Schlabach also has Missouri (No. 6) and Texas (No. 8) in his top 10 and has Texas Tech on the cusp...
