Safety Sims will arrive a month late
Safety David Sims , who will be given a chance to start this fall, won't join his signing class teammates until next month.
Sims still has one class to take at Oroville ( Calif. ) Butte Community College before he can come to OU. He is expected to finish that class before the end of the month and be on campus by July.
