Stoops: Pay attention to polls later The Sooners are No. 2 in both major rankings, moving up in the USA Today coaches' poll Monday.

OU received one first-place vote, although No. 1 Southern Cal was the runaway vote-getter with 57 of the 61 first-place votes.

The Sooners were No. 3 last week, but jumped Georgia after the Bulldogs beat South Carolina 14-7.

For now, Sooner coach Bob Stoops isn't pay...
