OU football: Signee Terry Franklin fails to qualify, will enroll in juco
NORMAN — One of Oklahoma 's first commitments from its 2009 recruiting class won't be making it to Norman after all.
Defensive end Terry Franklin , out of Mansfield ( Texas ) Legacy High School , failed to qualify at OU and instead will be enrolling at Tyler (Texas) Junior College, his coach told The Oklahoman on Friday.
