The University of Oklahoma and the University of Michigan have agreed to a two-game football series in 2025 and 2026.

OU will host the Wolverines in Norman on Sept. 6, 2025, while Michigan will host the Sooners in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Sept. 12, 2026. The addition of Michigan to the future schedule continues the Sooners' trend of Big 12 vs. Big Ten showdowns in non-conference play. OU is slated to play home-and-home games with Ohio State in 2016-17 and Nebraska in 2021-22.

The only previous meeting between the schools was a 14-6 win for OU in the 1976 Orange Bowl, securing the Sooners the 1975 national championship.

In June, Ann Arbor and Norman ranked as the No. 1 and No. 2 college football towns in America according to Bleacher Report. See this story on www.soonersports.com
