Oklahoma sophomore linebacker Dominique Alexander took some time Tuesday to evaluate his old team—Tulsa Washington—as it prepares to enter Class 6A Division II play.

“Oh, we’re gonna be great,” Alexander said. “Yes sir. We should win the national championship. Wait, my bad. I’m so used to being here. We should win the state championship.”

Alexander’s former team opens the season against his former coach—Midwest City and Darrell Hall.

“It’s gonna be a real good game,” Alexander said.
