OU picks up two Texan football recruits

Oklahoma got a pair of verbal commitments from the state of Texas on Tuesday in 4-star offensive guard Adam Shead of Cedar Hill and 3-star wideout Sheldon McClain of Cibolo, Rivals.com reported.

They are OU’s eighth and ninth verbal commitments for the 2010 recruiting class.
