OU Pro Day Notebook: Holmes improves 40 time
Lendy Holmes wanted to improve his time in the 40-yard dash before April’s NFL Draft.

During Oklahoma’s Pro Day, the former Sooner free safety did just that.

After running the 40 in a disappointing 4.71 seconds at last month’s NFL Scouting Combine, Holmes ran a 4.65 at the Everest Training Center on Tuesday.
