Pellebon admitted to stripping the girl's clothes off but said he did it to apply medication due the victim's unspecified skin condition.

He told investigators he applied medicated cream to the girl's “chest, back and butt” while the two were alone in his master bedroom.

The 15-year-old victim also revealed to investigators that Pellebon kept track of her menstrual cycle and showed her “the parts of the body you weren't supposed to see,” court documents show.

And while he denied any sexual contact with the victims, Pellebon did describe himself to investigators as an “affectionate, sensual man who liked to hug, kiss, cuddle and stroke young girls that he felt close to,” according to court documents.

The professor, free on $75,000 bail, told police during an interview at his house that he'd viewed child pornography “one time” but that he'd never downloaded any.

In 2001, Pellebon was investigated by DHS under similar circumstances but no charges were filed because the alleged victim — the daughter of a former Norman police officer — failed to give investigators a statement, documents show.

On leave without pay

Pellebon, who was on medical leave before his arrest, has been placed on administrative leave without pay, OU spokeswoman Catherine Bishop said.

Bishop said the suspect was placed on paid leave immediately after his arrest, but his status changed as more details in the case emerged.

Phone calls and emails to Pellebon seeking comment were not returned. has disabled the comments for this article.
