OU receiver Corey Wilson's condition improves
Oklahoma wide receiver Corey Wilson 's condition has improved from critical to serious at OU Medical Center after being thrown from his sports utility vehicle during a collision last Friday.
According to a short statement released by Wilson’s family, Wilson is awake and alert, and his condition is now serious, an OU Medical Center spokesman said.
