OU-TU game moved back to avoid possible football conflict

Sorry, Oklahoma and Tulsa hoops teams, you'll have to make way for football.

OU and TU have moved their basketball matchup back a day to Dec. 7 to get out of the way of a potential conflict with the Big 12 and Conference USA championship football games, which will be played Dec. 6, the original date of the game.
