Here is a look at OU-Texas games decided by more than 30 points, with the losing coach and his eventual fate:

1908: OU 50-0. W.E. Metzenthin's last year at Texas. He coached two years and beat the Sooners 29-10 in 1907.

1941: Texas 40-7. Snorter Luster's first season as the OU coach. Luster lasted five years and went 0-5 against UT.

1956: OU 45-0. Ed Price's final season at Texas. He went 1-5 against the Sooners.

1970: Texas 41-9. Chuck Fairbanks switched to the wishbone for that game. OU won by more than 20 points the next two years, and Fairbanks finished 3-3 against UT.

1973: OU 52-13. Darrell Royal won 12 of his first 13 games against the Sooners, but this was the middle game of a five-game losing streak. Royal finished 12-6-1 against his alma mater.

1986: OU 44-9. Fred Akers' final season as the Texas coach. He went 5-4-1 against the Sooners.

1987: OU 47-12. David McWilliams' first season as the Texas coach. He lasted five years and went 3-2 in the series.

1998: Texas 34-3. John Blake's final season. He went 1-2 vs. Texas.

2000: OU 63-14. Mack Brown's first series defeat, after two victories. But not his last blowout loss.

2003: OU 65-13. Brown's losing streak in the series reached four.

2005: Texas 45-12. Bob Stoops had won five straight in the series. Now he's 9-5 in the series.

2011: OU 55-17. Brown had won four of five from 2005-09, but the horror of a rout returned.

2012: OU 63-21. Brown suffered his fourth historic rout at the hands of the Sooners.
