LOL I don't think OU will destroy Washington, because they're installing the no-huddle and will still be tinkering when they arrive to the West Coast. As for Oregon I hate those refs more than the DUCKS, who didn't give up and wern't impressed with OU when they came to Norman they year we played USC for the championship. They were a good team, and who knows what couldn've been had both QB's (Dixon, Bradford) not gotten hurt that weekend, we'll never know. Now back to Washington, they gave OU a helluva game when they came to Norman a few years back, both rosters have turned over alot since then but I think it will be a 2 touchdown game. That isn't a spanking. As for the Sonics moving to OKC, IF they make it to OKC they'll be dormant for years. The team will sell tickets but they are going to take a beating with the strength of the west I do agree. LOL Personally I don't care, I like the Lakers and Wizards. More so the Lakers but I goto alot of Wizards games out here in D.C. I never thought growing up in OKC that it would ever have the market to handle a pro team. Times have changed. I don't jump bandwagons though If OKC lands the team I'll cheer for them unless they play the team I grew up a fan of while OKC still had a CBA team.

the refs did cheat you at Oregon, but you also cheated yourself by giving up two td's and not blocking blair phillips, letting him block the game winning kick. you are going to smash UW, if you don't well then I can personally tell you that OU shouldn't be in the national championship game. UW is complete garbage, In seattle or not, Pac-10 refs or not. Jake Locker is all they have. Offense and Defense. As for your stupid Seattle v. OKC Sonics argument. It doesn't matter where they play, with the Lakers and Blazers in your conference you aren't gonna have a sniff at a title any time in the next 15 years.. Enjoy!

Hey William from Fairfield wherever. NO RESPECT FOR BIG XII FOOTBALL? USC MAY have killed OU. But Texas is from the BIG XII and they beat that team of the ages, We took care of UCLA, Washington, Oregon and went to the 2002 Rose Bowl and smacked Wazzu on the west coast(Are you that young?) Yeah the refs cheated us in Oregon. By the way I live on the best coast-the EAST COAST! Hug a tree baby! Not all Oklahoma fans are in Oklahoma we're in D.C, MD. And VA to! I do recall Texas smashing ASU last year. And USC had hell with KSU when Snyder was coach. Hope USC is ready for the shock when "the" Ohio State Buckeyes pay a visit out west forget you panzies!"

I don't want to get too cocky, but lets just say I'm gonna tear out a wall in my mobile home to make room for that 51" tv I bought with my wife's extra tip money she made from dancin. All of you are invited. There will be plenty of ice cold milwaukee's best for everyone, and if we win I will break out the coors.

Back to the Pacific Northwest!! What happened the last time OU was up there? What happened when OU played at UCLA? What officiating crew will be doing the game? Hope is not the Pac 10. However, they probably are and what happened to Stoops saying he would never play a Pac 10 team at their home with their refs? Guess the payoff is big.

I live in Pac 10 country and there is no respect here for Big 12 football. They get the refs to help them out. The Sooners had better come to play and play hard to beat any Pac 10 school.
William, Fairfield - May 6, 2008 at 1:38 pm
Hey Michol (pronounced Meesh - oll) we have a term for your sellout crouds of the 90's it's called BANDWAGON baby!!! BTW I'm not an uninformed idiot about the Sonics' history, I just don't care. I also could care less if they come here.
Steve, Edmond - May 6, 2008 at 9:46 am
come on people, I am as big an OU fan as anyone else is, but lets not get too cocky here, I still remember that a$$ whipping that west vagina handed us!

Nothing darkhorse about Murray being a Heisman candidate. If he didn't have off season surgery they would already be talking about him for the heisman. And for you Gomers from Washington. We didn't steal your team. You goobers lost it because you don't know how to be a true diehard fan like the Sooner Nation is so suck it up and put your crying towel away. You will need it when OU whips your sorry ass. OU48- Wash7
Bobby, Oklahoma City - May 6, 2008 at 8:08 am
BTW MY PREDICTION OU 54 UW 17. MURRAY BECOMES DARK HORSE HEISMAN CANDIDATE AFTER 240 YARDS RUSHING.
Bryan, Lawton - May 5, 2008 at 11:41 pm
hey now michol, those of us in lawton and iraq care about OUR SOONERS!!! BOOOOOMMMMEEEERRRRRR
Bryan, Lawton - May 5, 2008 at 11:31 pm
LOL Washington, You guys are a joke and I can't wait until we run the score up on your weak ass team. Boomer Sooner!!! Don't **** with us!
SoonerMan918, Tulsa - May 5, 2008 at 10:32 pm
Wow this michol guy from seattle is dumb, oh well I guess he is just pissed off because not only is he going to lose his basketball team to OKC but he is also going to have to watch OU kick some husky ass my prediction for the score OU-56 Washington-14 I can't wait for the beating BOOMER SOONER GO OU!
Andrew, Bethany - May 5, 2008 at 9:11 pm
Sorry Jim, I forgot that nobody in OKC has a passion for anything. I guess I could rip the Sooners and no one would care?? It is just a freaking College team that nobody outside of OKC cares about!
Sonics Man, Seattle - May 5, 2008 at 8:55 pm
Players watch their backs? What kind of 12 year old adolescent talk is that?

OU wins by 3 touchdowns. Bob Stoops pulls off his shirt to reveal an OKC NBA jersey and gives the liberal pansies the finger as he leaves the stadium
nolen, mcalester - May 5, 2008 at 8:32 pm
We are getting pumped for this game.OU has no idea of what kind of hostile crowd awates them...It was a big
before but,now its a huge game since you stole our team...Your players better watch there backs.

LOL, I come on here and post because I still love my hometown though I'm back to my native D.C. I mention this because I am thrown to see some Seattle residents posting on here, bitter about the Sonics. First and Foremost; the University of Oklahoma plays in tough venues on a consistent basis. See games vs. Texas A&M. Alabama, Nebraska, Oregon(won't go there) UCLA, Notre Dame(that was when they were good.) So (Udub) Washington will be nothing new. I do admit I have been to the Seattle and it's a beautiful city. Haven't been there on game day but it should be a tough one. Having said all that OU wins! Unless the refs want to lose their jobs botching calls....
Byron, Suitland - May 5, 2008 at 5:53 pm
Michol,
Why are you even posting here? You come to the OKC local paper and take offense when somebody takes a homer stance for OKC. What did you expect? All this over a freaking basketball team. Get a life.

Huskies win on a botched call by the refs and Bob vows never to play a Pac 10 team regular season again....
Scott, Indian Territory - May 5, 2008 at 2:54 pm
I for one am looking forward to visiting the city of Seattle and taking in what all it has to offer. As for Husky stadium being one of the loudest I can believe that... The design of the large awnings acts much the same way as cupping your hands around your mouth when you are cheering, and with a capacity of over 70,000 that's gotta be loud. Looking forward to it and predicting another Sooner victory!!!

Oh and Steve, yes we did have low season ticket holders this season do to the Ownership which I believe lives in Oklahoma City.
Sonics Man, Seattle - May 5, 2008 at 2:19 pm
Hey Steve, did you know that the Sonics had the highest winning percentage in the NBA in the 90's and that getting tickets was very difficult. I like how uninformed idiots like yourself like the think you know it all. Do you think the Sonics would be in Seattle for the past 41 years and the next 41 years if we really had 8,000 fans to support us?? I guess your immaturity is something I struggle with.
Sonics Man, Seattle - May 5, 2008 at 2:17 pm
Here is a NBC poll of the top college football stadiums: 1) TENN 2) ND 3) UF 4) ATM 5) WASHINGTON 6) LSU 7) MICH

Well we're very familiar with playing in the Northwest and the subpar officiating of the Pac 10. Looking forward to the challenge but I predict a routine win for the Sooners over the Huskies. I have been to Seattle and Washington state is a beautiful place but I am not familiar with the stadium and will reserve comment but it will have to go a long way to be louder that the stadium at Oregon. The last time I saw these two teams play in person, we lost in the Orange Bowl in the mid 80's.
Steve, Edmond - May 5, 2008 at 1:29 pm
Can you buy espn online. I don't watch tv. And if you can where?
