NORMAN — Oklahoma just got a little thinner at defensive end this preseason.
Defensive end and Big 12 Preseason Defensive Player of the Year Auston English is out indefinitely after having emergency surgery last weekend to remove his appendix.
English is expected to make a full recovery, but it's unknown when he'll be able to join the team on the practice field. He is expected to be back for the season...
