Williams gets some expert advice
Malcolm Kelly wasn’t the only the person Oklahoma offensive tackle Trent Williams sought advice from when trying to decide whether to return to school for his senior season or turn pro. Last week, Williams paid for a flight to Atlanta to visit with NFL players and trainers at the Competitive Edge Sports complex, according to a source close to Williams. Competitive Edge trains many NFL players during the offseason, including Kelly, Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall and Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth. "Haynesworth tells it like it is. He told Trent he was an idiot if he didn’t stay in school,” the source said. "He told him, ‘If you get a chance to play left tackle in college, you play left tackle. It’s a lot easier to learn to play left tackle in college than in the NFL against guys like me.’ ” Oklahoma’s commitment list
