Outdoors notebook: State department looking for volunteers for winter bird feeder survey

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation’s is looking for volunteers to help in its Winter Bird Feeder Survey.

Any Oklahoman with a backyard bird feeder can participate in the survey by choosing any two days between Jan. 7-10 to count birds at their feeders and record their observations.
