Panel approves new OG&E wind farm in northwest Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission on Thursday approved an agreement that allows OG&E to build and operate a new wind farm in northwest Oklahoma .

The Crossroads project, to be built in Dewey County near Canton, is expected to begin producing power in the second half of 2011. It would be OG&E's biggest wind-power producer.
