Patrol reports an October fatal crash in Muskogee County, Oklahoma

A Muskogee man died last month of injuries suffered in an Oct. 23 crash in Muskogee County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Friday.

Quincy Scott, 38, died at a Tulsa hospital on Oct. 29, the patrol reports.

Scott was driving a sport utility vehicle on S 54 Street southwest of Boarder Street about 4:25 p.m. Oct. 29 when he drove off the roadway and hit a culvert. Two passengers were in the SUV and were treated and released from a Tulsa hospital, the patrol reports.

Scott did not wear a seat belt. He suffered a head injury.
