Oklahoma Highway Patrol says suspect crashes trooper’s car
An Oklahoma Highway Patrol cruiser was totaled when a man drove off in the vehicle early Sunday.
Dereck Schons , 19, was held in the cruiser after a trooper believed he was trying to flee the scene of a noninjury accident on Western Avenue north of Waterloo Road in Edmond at 1:45 a.m., patrol Capt. Chris West said.
