Paul McCartney to play Tulsa show May 29

The former Beatle is returning to the BOK Center as part of the venue's fifth anniversary celebration

McCartney, whose last studio album was 2012's Grammy-winning standards collection “Kisses on the Bottom,” also will play Brazil, Poland, Italy and Austria on his summer trip.

Considered one of the most successful songwriters in rock 'n' roll history, the British superstar's “Out There” tour will feature a new, never-before-seen production and songs spanning his solo career as well as his tenure in the bands Wings and The Beatles.

The BOK Center recently achieved a major milestone, surpassing the $100 million mark in ticket sales since between the venue's opening almost five years ago.
