SPLENDIFEROUS!

Event: Splendor In The Gardens.

Where: Myriad Botanical Gardens. Reception for sponsors at the Pavilion and Dinner on the Great Lawn. The Loyal’s Late Night Splendor after party was held at the Seasonal Plaza next to the Park House.

Hosted by: Myriad Gardens Foundation.

What: The attire was chic and breezy and the ambiance for this second annual Myriad Gardens benefit was delightful. A one-of-a-kind, farm-to-table gala, the dinner was stylishly served with fun flourishes, on the Great Lawn. Limited to 350, guests paid a minimum of $200 a plate to participate in this shared table event that stretched across the lawn. Chefs for the evening were chef Jeff Holloway, Park House Restaurant; chef Jonathan Stranger, Ludivine; chef Kamala Gamble and chef Barbara Mock, Guilford Gardens; chef Christine, Aunt Pittypats; and chef Avis Scaramucci, Nonna’s. Prairie Thunder Bakery and Olive and Company provided other offerings.

Honorary Chairmen were Gov. Bill Anoatubby and Polly Nichols.

Chairmen: Jim Marvel was chairman and Amy Gray was co-chairman. Heading other committees were Brooke Haneborg, Heather Ross, Christine Marvel, Clay Cockrill, Allen Paine and Rachel Durham.
