Moms are invited to Penn Square Mall from 6 to 8 p.m. May 9 for an evening of pampering, giveaways, shopping incentives and more. Mom's Nite Out is a free event designed to celebrate motherhood by rewarding moms, in time for Mother's Day.

The event is sponsored by Covidien, a producer of health care products and the campaign for the event is “Rethink Varicose Veins.” The campaign encourages those with venous disease to learn more about their condition, find a vein specialist and make informed decisions about the best and often minimally invasive treatment option for them. As part of the campaign, Olympic Gold Medalist Summer Sanders shares her personal story about the impact venous disease had on her life and the improvements she experienced following treatment.

In addition to style presentations, live entertainment, light hors d'oeuvres, shopping incentives, swag bag and gift card giveaways, one lucky mom and her friend will be treated to a trip to Chicago to see Bon Jovi's “Because We Can” tour at historic Soldier Field on July 12.
