Great weather is ahead Wednesday in central Oklahoma.

Temperatures are warm, winds are light and skies clear for Halloween night, the National Weather Service reports.

Temperatures will warm into the 80s during the day Thursday and Friday.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows.

Wednesday: Sunny with a high near 72. North, northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday night: Mostly clear with a low around 50. East, southeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming south after midnight.

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 83. South wind 8 to 11 mph becoming west in the afternoon.

Thursday night: Clear with a low around 53. Southwest wind 5 to 8 mph becoming calm.

Friday: Sunny with a high near 84. South, southwest wind 7 to 17 mph with gusts as high as 24 mph.

Friday night: Mostly clear with a low around 54.

Saturday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 8 a.m. Mostly sunny with a high near 69.

Saturday night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy with a low around 46.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 67.

Sunday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 43.

Monday: Sunny with a high near 69.

Monday night: Mostly clear with a low around 46.

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 72.
