Pirate decorations were everywhere including Jolly Roger flags, chests of doubloons, a wreath with crossed swords and a welcome mat with skull and crossbones. A large pirate with a hook for his hand stood on the front porch. Also by the front door was a basket of eye patches, pirates hats and other costuming for those did not come in costume but wanted to dress appropriately. (Photo by Helen Ford Wallace).
