Jason Lee Spencer, 36, was arrested on Thursday on complaints of public indecency and public drunkenness after a CVS loss prevention officer called police around 5:45 p.m. to tell them that Spencer had attempted to steal from CVS and that when he confronted, he dropped the merchandise and went to the parking lot where he pulled his pants down and began walking around the parking lot screaming. courtesy
