This chihuahua named Yoda gets nose-to-nose with its owner, Candy Rice before participating in the pet parade. Rice dressed Yoda as an open cockpit pilot, complete with goggles and a hat. Judges gave honors to Yoda for best costume in the pet parade. About 200 people attended Pupnic, a neighborhood gathering of dog owners at Ross Park near NW 62 and May Avenue on Saturday, April 28, 2012.
