Bill and Tina Elliott, Oklahoma City, work as a team to assemble a bicycle. This is the couple's second year to volunteer with the project. More than 150 volunteers donated their time and skills Saturday morning, Dec. 1, 2012,  assembling 830 childrens' bicycles for the Salvation
