Cochon 555
→What: Five chefs will each prepare a heritage breed pig from head to toe. Guests and judges will sample the dishes and vote on their favorites. Sample wine from five winemakers, and watch a butcher take apart a heritage breed pig.

→When: 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

→Where: ConocoPhillips Oklahoma State University Alumni Center in Stillwater.
