Pit bull attack leaves two Oklahoma women in critical condition

Two women are in critical condition after a pit bull attack Tuesday morning, police said.

Police responded to a report of a dog attack in the 2000 block of North Lewis Place at 10:18 a.m., said Officer Leland Ashley.

Responding officers found two injured women lying on the ground and a pit bull that had been fatally shot.
