Two men escaped injury Thursday when engine problems forced them to land their airplane in a wheat field, authorities said.
The two men, who were not identified by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol or the Federal Aviation Administration, took off from Wiley Post Airport about 10:45 a.m., trooper Betsy Randolph said. They were headed for Kingfisher in the single-engine plane.Advertisement
