Friday will be sunny with temperatures in the 70s in central Oklahoma.

Temperatures will warm up for the weekend. The high Saturday in Oklahoma City will be near 89 degrees and near 95 degrees Sunday. Sunday will be windy with gusts up to 37 mph.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Friday: Sunny with a high near 76. Light and variable wind becoming west, northwest 6 to 11 mph in the morning.

Friday: Mostly clear with a low around 50. South wind 5 to 9 mph.

Saturday: Sunny with a high near 89. South, southwest wind 8 to 14 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Saturday night: Mostly clear with a low around 59. South wind 13 to 17 mph with gusts as high as 24 mph.

Sunday: Sunny with a high near 95. Windy with a south wind 13 to 18 mph increasing to 21 to 26 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 37 mph.

Sunday night: Mostly clear with a low around 65.

Monday: Sunny with a high near 93.

Monday night: Mostly clear with a low around 67.

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 94.

Tuesday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 68.
