Wildcatter Hall welcomes House

Tulsa oilman David House is the newest member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association's Wildcatter Hall of Honor. House, president and chief financial officer of Jireh Resources LLC, was inducted Sunday at OIPA's fall conference in Tulsa. House is the 14th member of the hall, which includes OIPA members who have distinguished themselves in supporting independent producers.

Pipeline to grow

White Cliffs Pipeline LLC has received sufficient commitments during its recent open season to move forward with an expansion project between Colorado and Cushing. White Cliffs, a subsidiary of SemGroup Corp., will double the capacity of a pipeline between Platteville, Colo., and Cushing to accommodate about 150,000 barrels of oil a day, pending regulatory approval. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2014.

Access declares distribution

Access Midstream Partners has declared a cash distribution of 43.5 cents per unit for the third quarter, the partnership announced Thursday. That is up 16 percent over the same period of last year. Access, which used to be known as Chesapeake Midstream Partners, will pay the distribution on Nov. 14.
