Mike Baldwin: The last time OSU won in Lincoln — in 1960 — I was 4 years old. My parents were duped into thinking I was ready for kindergarten which is why I started college at age 17.
Andrea Cohen: In 1960, my mom was in grade school in North Dakota and my dad was in middle school in Los Angeles. Needless to say, I wasn't even a glimmer in anyone's eye. As for the game, Dr. Phil often says past behavior is a good indicator of future behavior.
Baldwin: The streak has to end some time. Today is the perfect opportunity. OSU is the better team. The Cowboys probably played their best game last week even though they failed to close the deal at Texas A&M. Nebraska's offense has compiled some solid stats but the Cornhuskers haven't come close to living up to a preseason top 25 national ranking.
Cohen: I agree Nebraska isn't anywhere near its top 25 preseason ranking. I even agree OSU is the better team. The 'Husker nation isn't pleased. Their defense is a mess. But there's something about the Cowboys on the road that makes you go with the opposition. I'm not into psychotherapy, or getting in touch with my feelings, but I'm going with Dr. Phil on this one.
Baldwin: What does Dr. Phil know about run defense? That's the main reason I like the Cowboys. Led by Dantrell Savage (102.5 rushing yards a game) and Kendall Hunter (88.2), OSU is ranked 10th in the nation in rushing (234.5). Meanwhile, Nebraska is ranked 97th against the run which is why the Cowboys will end their 47-year slump in Lincoln.
Cohen:Wikipedia taught me Dr. Phil went to Tulsa on a football scholarship as a linebacker. After being called out all week by their coach, the Cornhuskers will be ready. Remember OSU's defense isn't exactly an iron curtain. Nebraska also has a running back named Marlon Lucky, who leads the league in rushing. The Cornhuskers have history and Luck(y) on their side.

It's called "point/counterpoint" . . . somebody has to take the other side, even if their heart is not in it. It would have been better if Andrea could have talked Jenni into taking her place, however. More realistic.
