Police accuse man of exposing self at Chick-fil-A in Oklahoma City
Police arrested an Oklahoma City man on three complaints of lewd acts with a child under 12 after patrons of a Chick-fil-A accused him of exposing himself to children at the restaurant's indoor playground.
Randy Bond Garvin, 25, remained in the Oklahoma County jail today with bail set at $45,000, jail records show. He has not been charged.
