Police find man shot to death Friday night in northwest Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City police received a report of a body of a young black man at an apartment complex on NW 50 near MacArthur Boulevard at 11:30 p.m. Friday, said Oklahoma City police Lt. Gamille Hardin. Detectives found the man, whose name hasn’t been released, dead from a gunshot wound, Hardin said.

A man was found shot to death at a northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex Friday night, police said.

Oklahoma City police received a report of a body of a young black man at an apartment complex on NW 50 near MacArthur Boulevard at 11:30 p.m. Friday, said Oklahoma City police Lt. Gamille Hardin. Detectives found the man, whose name hasn’t been released, dead from a gunshot wound, Hardin said.

Police don’t know whether the gunshot wound was self-inflicted, Hardin said. Police were investigating the shooting Saturday afternoon.
