Oklahoma City police arrested a woman early Thursday on complaints of rape by instrumentation and kidnapping after officers found another woman handcuffed to a bed.

Police responded to a 911 call early Thursday morning reporting a woman being held in a home in the 1700 block of Pettee Avenue.

When police went to the home, Iva Jordan, 48, answered the door, and officers saw a woman inside handcuffed to a bed.

Police freed the woman, and she told them Jordan and a man police did not identify had kidnapped her, handcuffed her to the bed and sexually assaulted her.

Master Sgt. Gary Knight said the three know one another.

Jordan was arrested and booked into Oklahoma County jail. Police are still looking for the man.
