MIDWEST CITY — One person was shot and another injured Friday afternoon during an altercation in Midwest City.

Midwest City officers responded about 2:30 p.m. Friday to a home in the 300 block of E Fairchild Drive and found one person with a gunshot wound and another injured person who had not been shot, Maj. Bob Cornelison said.

Cornelison said witnesses saw a cream-colored Ford car with paper tags leaving the scene after the shooting. He said police are looking for up to three people in connection with the shooting.

The two injured people were taken to local hospitals. Cornelison did not identify the victims and did not know their conditions.
