A second person has been arrested in connection with the Aug. 5 shooting death of Raul Chavez, 21, Oklahoma City police reported Wednesday.
Alma Gabriella Garcia, 24, was arrested Tuesday on a murder complaint and two complaints of shooting with intent to kill.
Daniel L. Ramirez, 20, was charged on Aug. 16 in Oklahoma County District Court with first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill in the case. He was arrested Aug. 8 by sheriff's deputies and U.S. marshals.
The incident occurred at a house at 8221 NW 11. Two women also were shot.
