Police release video of Oklahoma City Subway robbery

Oklahoma City police reported a robber took money from the cash register at a SUBWAY, 2815 NW 10, and drove away in a white, four-door car.

Oklahoma City police have released a surveillance video of a robbery at the SUBWAY restaurant at 2815 NW 10.

The robbery occurred about 5:55 p.m. Saturday.

The robber went to the counter, showed a black gun to a female employee and demanded money from the cash register, according to the police report.

After the worker gave the robber the money from the register, the robber told her to open the safe under the counter and give him that money. She was unable to open the bottom safe door and the robber became frustrated and left, according to the report.

The robber drove away in a white, four-door car, the worker told police.
