Police: Robbers reportedly use staple gun in armed home invasion

Tulsa police arrested two men early Monday accused of breaking into an apartment, stealing items at gunpoint and then attacking a person with a staple gun.

Officers were called about 1:15 a.m. to the Windsor Village Apartments, 5210 E. 47th Pl., to investigate an armed robbery, Cpl. Brandon Disney said.

Three men kicked opened the back door and held four residents inside at gunpoint demanding drugs and cash before using duct tape to bound them, Disney said.
